filed after that of Mr. Sirak. It reads in part, "All
inmates who fit within the certified class are hereby ENJOINED from initiating
individual litigation for breach of contract claims against the Ohio Adult
Parole Authority..."
Sirak's limited class action is not individual litigation. Inmates can be members of both classes. |
